Dyson Customer Service Says 14-Day Window for Missing Parts

I purchased a Dyson Airwrap i.d. on 25.08.2025 from Teknosa (Order number: t4600102755.1-27). When I received the product, the box looked intact and undamaged. However, on 29.10.2025 when I wanted to use the product I noticed that the travel case and the cleaning brush were not in the box.

I reported the situation to Dyson’s customer service but they told me they cannot help because a missing part report was not made within 14 days. I have the right to receive the product complete, and I request that the missing travel case and the cleaning brush be sent to me to rectify this dissatisfaction.
