I Received My Dyson Airwrap Without the Cleaning Brush – Missing Part Must Be Sent

On November 15, I purchased two Dyson Airwrap devices, but neither included the cleaning brush. Now both devices are displaying a red warning and are unusable. Spending ₺40,000 on these products only to find essential parts missing is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
It’s unacceptable that such a premium product would be shipped incomplete, leaving us unable to use it as intended. I expect Dyson to contact me immediately and send the missing brushes without further delay.
This level of oversight is disappointing, especially for such an expensive product. Please resolve this issue promptly by delivering the missing parts so we can finally use the devices we paid for!
