Dyson Airwrap Accessory Missing After Purchase – How to Get It Replaced

On October 21, 2025, I ordered the Dyson Airwrap from Dyson’s official website (Order No: b0122025001128322). When the product arrived, I noticed that the cleaning brush was missing from the box. All the other parts were included, but the cleaning brush was not. The product is under warranty.

I’ve tried reaching customer service multiple times, but I haven’t been able to get through. I request that the missing cleaning brush be sent to me as soon as possible. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved quickly.
