I Received My Dyson Airwrap Without the Cleaning Brush – Missing Part Must Be Sent


On March 31, 2025, I purchased a Dyson Airwrap hair styler from Teknosa. I didn’t use the product for the first three months because I was out of town, and only started using it after returning. When I opened the box to check the contents, I realized that the cleaning brush was missing. I contacted customer service via chat, but they told me that too much time had passed and they could no longer help. They suggested I could purchase the missing part separately and even implied that I might have lost the piece myself.
Now, the cleaning indicator light stays on constantly, and I can’t perform the cleaning process properly. Even when I try to clean it manually, the problem persists. It’s extremely disappointing that such an expensive product was delivered incomplete and that no solution was offered. What’s more concerning is that many other customers have reported the same issue, yet no preventive action seems to have been taken.
I request that the missing cleaning brush be sent to me free of charge and that this issue be handled with the seriousness it deserves.
