Dyson Big Ball Allergy 2 Pipe and Head Broke Shortly After Purchase
I purchased a Dyson Big Ball Allergy 2 vacuum cleaner through Trendyol, and within just a short period of use, I encountered serious durability issues with its parts. A few months ago, the cleaning head broke, forcing me to buy a replacement part for 3.500₺. Now, the pipe has also broken, leaving the vacuum completely unusable. Since the warranty has expired, I did not contact customer service, but I find it unacceptable that two major parts have broken in such a short time under normal use. I live in Konya Seydişehir and have not subjected the device to any unusual conditions. This situation has caused me both financial and emotional frustration, and it has shaken my trust in the Dyson brand. I request that at least the broken pipe be replaced free of charge as a goodwill solution. I also expect Dyson to ensure higher durability in its spare parts so that customers do not suffer repeated problems after spending so much on their products.
