Dyson V8 Vacuum From Trendyol Loses Charge Immediately And Is Unusable

About 2–3 months ago, I purchased a Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner through Trendyol, paying ₺17,000. From the very first day, I have been experiencing serious charging issues. Even if I leave the vacuum charging all day, the moment I start cleaning, the battery drains so quickly that I cannot even finish a single area of my home.
This problem has persisted every time I use the device, making it impossible to benefit from the product. Despite being under warranty, the vacuum has been consistently defective and has never performed as expected.
I request that Dyson replace my vacuum cleaner with a properly functioning unit, as the current one has caused nothing but inconvenience. A product at this price point should not fail from the first day of use, and I expect a prompt resolution.
