Dyson Accused Me of Water Damage and Refused to Fix My Vacuum Under Warranty

It's been 18 months since I bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner. After 1 year, the problem began. When the machine is running, the trigger mechanism seizes. When we first called the service, we told them about our problem with the video, they had the filter cleaned and we were told that it would be fixed. I opened a call on the WhatsApp line at least 5 times for the machine that did not improve, and each time they returned after 5 hours and said that the machine should be with me and could not find a solution. Do I have to carry the machine with me every time I go out for 5 hours? You give an appointment time, you call at that time and the transaction is resolved. I took the machine to the place where I bought it, and from there they forwarded it to the service. The service stated that there was a water contact and that I had to pay a fee out of warranty. It is not possible to have water contact, there is a separate vacuum cleaner for each job at home. Do you think the consumer is going to lie? There are 6 Dyson products in the house, from hair dryers to ventilation. I can't believe it, are you that bad? Moreover, I even took out insurance for your machine, for the sake of the salesperson involved. It is not possible for me to introduce this brand into my home and recommend it to anyone. Thanks
Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Your satisfaction is very important to us. You can be sure that we will handle the issue with care. Our solution center representative will contact you as soon as possible to provide support. Best regards, Dyson Turkey

Hello, your solution center representative was unfortunately not a problem solver. Instead of resolving the issue, they responded with the same answers. Even though the machine was not used on a wet surface, it is insisted that there was liquid contact due to the trigger mechanism issue. This approach and putting the customer in a position of being a liar was not pleasant. I strongly advise consumers considering Dyson to think again. Rather than being constructive, the service is completely insistent.
