Dyson Vacuum Became Useless In Just Five Months, Replacement Awaiting
My Dyson vacuum became useless in just five months. The issue is that it sometimes works when you press the trigger and sometimes it doesn't. I spoke to the service, sent a video showing the problem, and the person on the phone said the motor needs to be replaced. Initially gray, they said they didn't have gray, only purple. We agreed. On November 3rd, we shipped it the way they wanted. It reached them on November 8th, and today is November 24th—twenty-one days later. No new vacuum has arrived, and they claim there's no stock. When we called today, they said it's out of stock and might come from abroad. Meanwhile, we're doing makeshift cleaning with a broom at home. Never again with Dyson. On November 17th, they called saying they don't have any product in stock but offered a red one. Are we playing housekeeping with Dyson? A big company like Dyson can't even supply the requested color in their stock. It's been 21 days, and the service couldn't manage to get a motor for a vacuum. Oh, people!"
