Dyson Neither Repairs Nor Replaces Broken Vacuum

Our Dyson vacuum issue, which started on November 6, has not been resolved despite nearly a month passing. Despite numerous phone calls and hundreds of WhatsApp messages, we haven't received a solution. Every time we call, we get a different response, and each correspondence yields different results. However, the vacuum, which we bought by paying the highest price on the market, has not been repaired. I emphasize "repaired" because there is no mention of replacement, contrary to what is advertised. In all my years of buying and using devices, I have never encountered such poor service, customer dissatisfaction, and uninformed representatives. No one contacts or inquires about your device unless you initiate it. Perhaps, if my issue is resolved one day, and the device reaches me, and then it breaks down again, I am sure I will be torn between sending it for repairs and throwing it out the window. Most likely, I would opt for the latter. If you want to test the strength of your patience, please go ahead and buy a Dyson. But, please also get a spare vacuum from any other brand.
