I recently purchased a Dyson HP09 air purifier and encountered a frustrating problem. The unit arrived with an improperly installed filter, and the base unit was bent. Inside the box, there was an additional pair of filters, not listed in the contents, which seemed like an aftermarket addition. However, these filters were not the ones that should have been installed according to the filter installation brochure. Even the expert technicians I contacted through video technical support were unfamiliar with these filters. When we visited the Emaar Dyson stand where we made the purchase, we noticed that the filters on the showroom HP09 were different. Our sales consultant acknowledged this discrepancy. Our research revealed that using non-original components would void the warranty, as stated on the international website and in the product warranty booklet. This clearly demonstrates that these filters do not meet Dyson's standards for this model. We demand a resolution to address our dissatisfaction and rectify the situation.
