Dyson Airwrap Purchased Missing Filter Cleaning Brush, Told to Pay Extra Despite Warranty

On July 23, I purchased a Dyson Airwrap from the Bursa Sur Yapı Dyson store, but later discovered that the filter cleaning brush was missing from the box. I only realized this about a month after use when the filter light came on, and after researching online, I learned that such a brush should have been included. Until then, I had not noticed that it was missing. I have the purchase invoice and the product is still under warranty. I contacted Dyson customer service twice, but both times I was told that the brush could only be provided for an additional fee, not sent free of charge. I even spoke directly with representative Ms. Nurselay, but no solution was offered. After paying such a premium price for this product, it is unacceptable to be asked to pay again for a part that should have been included in the box from the beginning. I demand that Dyson send me the missing filter cleaning brush free of charge. If this issue is not resolved, I am seriously considering returning the product altogether.
