My Brand New Arçelik Air Conditioner First Failed to Cool Then Leaked Water

A week ago, I purchased a brand-new Arçelik air conditioner to get through the summer heat in comfort. The installation was completed, and everything seemed fine. However, during the first week, the unit didn’t cool at all. I called the service team, they came, and replaced the flare fittings on both the indoor and outdoor units. They assured me everything was fixed. But then came a different surprise: water started leaking from the indoor unit. It’s disappointing for a brand-new product to have this many issues so soon. What’s even more concerning is that the solutions provided by the service team led to new problems. My intention is not to discredit the brand, but to highlight how crucial customer experience is. I hope this issue is resolved permanently and that this situation becomes an opportunity for the brand to improve its service process.
