Dunkin Donuts Didn’t Deliver My Order and Ignored My Customer Service Request
I ordered from Dunkin Donuts for delivery on 16/10/24, a week ahead of time, and was counting on it arriving by noon that day. It's 17/10/24 at 7 PM, and I'm still waiting on my doughnuts and coffee. No updates on my order either. What gives? It’s even more frustrating that all I’ve gotten from customer service is the standard “We’re looking into your query” response. No real updates at all. I’ve already paid, and I’m getting absolutely no support or communication whatsoever. Honestly, I'm seriously thinking about just reporting it as fraud to my credit card company to get my cash back. Ordering from Dunkin' Doughnuts online was a letdown—I'm really not impressed with this experience at all. Steer clear of their delivery service if you expect your food to show up!
