Royal Match Shows a Connection Error Whenever I Try to Join a Team


I downloaded and played Royal Match, but I was suddenly removed from my team. Since then, I have been unable to join any other team in the game. Every time I try to join a team, I receive a connection error, making it impossible for me to participate in team activities.
This issue has significantly affected my gaming experience. Despite multiple attempts, the problem remains unresolved, and I am unable to access one of the game's core features. I would like this issue to be investigated and fixed as soon as possible.
In addition, I continue to see promotions encouraging me to share or promote the game on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, even though I am unable to properly use all of the game's features due to this account issue. I find this situation frustrating because I cannot fully benefit from the game while still being encouraged to support and promote it.
I request that Dream Games either restore my ability to join and participate in teams or permanently delete my account if the issue cannot be resolved. I would also appreciate a clear explanation regarding the cause of the connection error and the steps being taken to fix it.
I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and would like to receive a response regarding the resolution of my complaint.
