Royal Match Removed Me From My Team and Reset My Account

I am unable to access my Royal Match account. My account was suddenly removed from my team, and since then I have been completely unable to log in and access my game progress. When I attempt to enter the game, it appears as though everything associated with my account has been reset or lost.
This issue occurred unexpectedly, and all of my progress, achievements, and account data seem to have disappeared. I have invested a significant amount of time and effort into this account, making the situation extremely frustrating and concerning.
I contacted the support team for assistance, but unfortunately I have not received meaningful help. When I submit support requests regarding the issue, the conversations are closed without providing a solution or explanation. As a result, I have been unable to recover my account or understand what happened.
I respectfully request a full investigation into my account and the restoration of my access, progress, and account data. Please review the status of my account and help me regain access as soon as possible.
