Royal Match Account Deletion Request Has Been Ignored for Over a Year

I have been dealing with an unresolved Royal Match account issue for more than a year. My game account is linked to Facebook, but it continuously shows a connection error and prevents me from using certain features. Because of this issue, I am unable to join teams and fully participate in the game.
Since the problem has remained unresolved for such a long time, I requested that my account be permanently deleted. I would like to connect and use a newer account that I recently started playing with, but I cannot do so while the existing account remains linked and inaccessible.
Unfortunately, the “Contact Us” or support section does not appear for me, making it impossible to submit a support request directly through the game. As a result, I have no available channel to report my issue or request assistance from the support team.
I request that Dream Games investigate this matter, either restore proper access to my Facebook-linked account or permanently delete it as requested. I would also like assistance linking my new account and regaining access to team features. In addition, I ask that a functional support channel be made available so I can communicate regarding future account-related issues.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution and written confirmation regarding the status of my account deletion request and the steps required to connect my new account.
