My Royal Match Card Collection Disappeared After Resetting My iPhone

I am experiencing a serious issue in Royal Match, developed by Dream Games. My entire card collection has disappeared and has not been restored despite my efforts to recover it.
On April 24, 2026, between approximately 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM, I reset my phone. After the reset, and following a change in the device’s time settings, I logged back into the game and discovered that the card collection associated with my Apple-linked Royal Match account had completely vanished. A collection that I spent years building and maintaining suddenly appeared to be gone.
Over time, I spent approximately $44 on the game, and a significant portion of those purchases was made to support my game progression and expand my card collection. Because of this, losing access to the collection represents a substantial loss of both time and money invested in the game.
I contacted the support team regarding the issue, but I received an unfavorable response and my collection was not restored. Despite explaining the situation, no satisfactory solution was provided.
I am requesting that my complete card collection be fully restored to my Royal Match account linked to my Apple ID. I would also appreciate a thorough review of my account history and game data to identify and recover the missing collection. Given the years of effort and financial investment involved, I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
