I downloaded an app called AI Catch Video Generator from the App Store on my iPhone 15 Pro Max just to try it out. However, while I was in the app, my nephew accidentally tapped the annual subscription option, and on February 5, 2026, a charge of $56 was made to my card. I did not realize at the time that such a high amount would be charged.
As soon as I noticed the situation, I went into the App Store subscriptions section and canceled the subscription. Despite this, it appears that the charge still applies for about a one-week period. I had to try the app during this time, but it did not meet my expectations and I was not satisfied with it overall.
I request that this subscription to the AI Catch Video Generator app be fully canceled and that the $56 charged to my card be refunded completely and unconditionally. Otherwise, I will consider pursuing my legal rights, including filing a complaint with consumer protection authorities.
