I Did Not Receive My Order From Lerovia via Shopify

Unfortunately, on June 13, I placed an order worth ₺1,690 from a site called Lerovia, which I came across on Instagram and thought was a boutique. Three days after placing the order, I received an email saying my order had been shipped, but the “View Your Order” button didn’t work, and no tracking number was provided. I tried checking for any shipping updates online, but found nothing related to my order. I sent an email to the address listed (k***@gmail.com), but I haven’t received any reply. Their Instagram account has since disappeared, and the website is no longer accessible. It’s disappointing, and it seems Shopify made it easy for such situations to occur.
