I Trusted a Shopify-Partnered Store but Never Received My Order or a Refund

I made a purchase from a company because I trusted it was partnered with Shopify, which gave me confidence in its legitimacy. However, I regret that decision deeply now. Despite completing my order and payment, my products were never delivered, and worse, I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone from the company since. There’s no support, no phone number, no email response—complete silence.
I expected Shopify to ensure that the sellers using their platform were reliable and transparent. Clearly, that's not the case here. I feel completely scammed and ignored.
I’m calling on Shopify to immediately reveal full details of the company involved, and I demand that my money be refunded without delay. Shopify must take responsibility for the businesses operating under its name and prevent others from experiencing the same frustration and financial loss.
