Domino's Pizza Order Canceled And Delayed Refund

I put in an order with the tracking number 4A2C85 on June 3, 2023. During the payment process, I chose to put 200 TL into my Domino's wallet because using it would earn me a bonus. This made me finish the order. Due to high demand, the store later had to cancel my order, which was a shame. When I called to find out more, I asked for a credit back to my card since my order had been canceled. But the customer service person told me that the refund couldn't be done until 24 hours later, I would have been out of money and hungry if I hadn't been able to shop somewhere else. Because of problems with their system, it is not right for a company to make their customers' money useless for so long. Please move the 200 TL I put in my wallet back to my bank account as soon as possible. I haven't used this company much in a while, so I was hoping that their services had gotten better. Unfortunately, nothing I've done or seen lately has been promising. No trustworthy business should make it hard for their customers to get their own money for 24 hours. If we can't order a pizza and pay for it later, we shouldn't be acting like this. As a result of this lack of professionalism, I have chosen not to order from Domino's again.
