Domino's Pizza Delayed Refund for Over a Month
I am very unhappy with the way Domino's Pizza has handled my refund request. It's been over a month since I requested a 399 TL refund, and they still haven't deposited the funds into my bank account. Despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service, I have received no response, and no one appears to be accepting responsibility for this problem. I had faith in Domino's Pizza as a reputable brand, but this experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. It's not just about the money; it's about the lack of respect and concern they have for their customers. Holding onto my hard-earned money for no good reason is simply unjust. I tried to be patient, hoping that they would resolve the issue quickly, but it appears that my concerns are being ignored. I want my money back.
