Domino's Pizza Wallet Refund Delay


With my personal email account, I tried to make a purchase on the Domino's app on April 23, 2024, after adding ₺513 to the Domino's wallet. Unfortunately, I repeatedly came across an error message that informed me of an unexpected service error. I reached out to Domino's customer service using the provided number, and they recommended attempting to place the order directly on their website. After trying several times, I couldn't achieve the desired outcome, so I asked for a refund of my payment. I was informed that the refund would be processed within 3 days. I find this situation to be completely unacceptable. It's incredibly frustrating to have to wait for a refund when there's no reason for the delay. Furthermore, I'm already frustrated by the unsuccessful order I had planned to make.
