Domino's Customer Service Complaint: Late Delivery, No Refund

Hello; I would like to share the distress I experienced at Domino's on November 13, 2023, and the fact that my money was... not refunded. The branch below couldn't deliver 2 pizzas and 2 potatoes in 90 minutes. I couldn't get support from the WhatsApp line, and they couldn't reach the store themselves.
