False Advertising Issues with Domino's Pizza Rewards System
I've been ordering from Domino's Pizza for years, both for delivery and carry-out. However, the company has a promotion called "Eat-Win" that is advertised to offer free pizzas, but it's unreliable. The reward slices are often not credited properly; the system consistently stops at four slices and refuses to credit the final slice for various reasons. Domino's advertises giving away ₺200 worth of free pizza, but they always cite system errors to avoid fulfilling the promise.
I wanted to inform other consumers and authorities about this issue. When I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't help. We've also filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and reported it to the necessary legal authorities. The issue isn't about the free pizza—we already buy the best with our money—but rather about the misleading advertisements.
Dear Ömer O., We have received your complaint, and we thank you for your feedback. We will reach out to you as soon as possible to ensure the continuity of our service quality. Best regards, Domino's Pizza Customer Service
