Trying to use the Domino's Wheel 50 TL coupon turned into a huge mess. They offered a free medium pizza for a "technical error," then hit me with a 150 TL minimum order to redeem it - not exactly an apology! Even after paying, my pizza arrived wrong. After getting radio silence for days, they finally responded on social media with a single free souffle. No refund for the wrong pizza, no real customer service, and limited-time "gifts" that require another purchase? That's borderline scam. They keep making me pay for their mistakes, then hide behind "we can't do anything" when their so-called "gifts" turn out wrong. It's clear they'd rather push me out than take responsibility.
