Domino's Pizza Cancels Gift Pizza for Earthquake Victim

I came to a safe zone from the Antakya earthquake zone and was feeling a little hungry on 2/16/2023. I didn't have much money and in a hurry, I wanted to use the gift pizza that Domino's Pizza had given me due to a serious problem I had before. However, each time I tried to place the order, it was cancelled shortly after. I called the 'Domino's Pizza Barajyolu' branch to find out why, and they told me that they would not send me the pizza under 85tl, even though it was a gift, and that their boss did not allow it, even if Domino's said to send it. I complained to Domino's complaint line, but they said they could do nothing as the order had been cancelled by the branch. As an earthquake victim, I didn't ask anyone to buy me a meal, but I demanded the pizza that was rightfully mine, as I was in a difficult situation. I apologize to the branch, but I deserve to be treated fairly, even on a difficult day like that.
