Domestika Charged Me for Plus After a Purchase

On March 11, 2025, I bought three courses on Domestika for a total of ₺89. I thought I was just purchasing those courses—but without my knowledge, I was enrolled in a trial period for Domestika Plus. I only found this out when, on April 11, 2025, a massive charge of ₺4,099 appeared on my credit card.

I hadn’t even finished the courses I paid for, and I never wanted or approved a full-year subscription. Despite trying to request a refund on April 14, 2025, my efforts went nowhere. Domestika’s system is built to block refunds, only offering them in three Latin American countries. There's not even an email address provided for users outside those regions, and their platform explicitly warns that refunds won’t be issued under any circumstances.
