Domestika Overcharged After a Trial I Didn’t Know I Started
How is this even possible? On March 3, 2025, I purchased a course on Domestika for ₺29. I had no idea I was being enrolled in a free trial for their Plus membership. Then on April 25, 2025, I was shocked to see that Domestika had charged my card over ₺4000 for a one-year Plus subscription—something I never knowingly signed up for.
There was no warning, no clear notice, and absolutely no consent given. I was never informed that a trial period had started or that I would be charged automatically once it ended. This is an incredibly sneaky and unethical way to take money from customers.
Domestika, I demand a full refund of the ₺4000 you took without my permission. This unauthorized charge must be reversed immediately. You cannot hide behind vague trial terms and then charge people for services they didn’t agree to. Fix this now and stop misleading your users.
