New DJI Drone Fell from 3 Meters Without User Error


I purchased a DJI Avata 2 drone from Vatan Bilgisayar, and during normal flight, the device suddenly lost control and crashed—without any user error. It took a minor impact, but that was enough to cause the drone to completely shut down. Since then, it won’t turn on at all.
I sent the drone to service, but they responded with the default excuse: “user error.” I tried calling support multiple times to get more information, but despite being first in the queue, I waited for over 30 minutes without an answer. When I contacted Vatan Bilgisayar, they redirected me to DJI, even though I purchased the product directly from their store—not from DJI.
