I purchased the DJI Action 5 Pro action camera on April 15, 2025, and according to the product listing, the box was supposed to include the Osmo Action 1.5m Extension Rod Kit (tripod). However, when I opened the package, the tripod was missing.
I bought the camera with great excitement, but without the tripod, I cannot fully utilize the product as intended. Although I didn’t record an unboxing video, I opened the box carefully and can confirm the tripod was never inside. I didn’t realize it was supposed to be included until later, which is why I didn’t report it immediately. I simply took the camera out and started using it.
This missing item has damaged my trust in the brand. I expect DJI to honor the advertised product contents and send me the missing tripod immediately to resolve this issue. My invoice and order details will be provided to the relevant team upon request. Please take action to correct this oversight and restore customer confidence.
