DJI Osmo Action Camera Screen Cracked – No Repair or Replacement Options

I purchased a DJI Osmo Action camera, and after the warranty expired, the screen accidentally broke due to a drop. I immediately contacted DJI customer service, requesting a paid or free repair service for the screen replacement.
To my surprise, I was informed that no repair or replacement parts are available for this product. This raises serious concerns regarding consumer rights, as manufacturers are generally expected to provide spare parts and repair services for a reasonable period after a product is sold.
I request the following:
If technically possible, I want the option to pay for a screen repair or replacement.
If this is not possible, I demand an explanation for why no repair or spare part support is offered for this product.
I need a clear solution to this issue. Why does DJI not support repairs for its products? Please provide a proper resolution as soon as possible.
