On October 13, 2025, I ordered a DJI Mini 5 Pro drone through Trendyol. Since the product descriptions were insufficient, I went ahead with the purchase. After receiving the product, I opened the box but did not activate the drone. When I realized it was a 36-minute model, I returned it on October 16, 2025, via Trendyol. The seller informed me via message on October 20, 2025, that they would receive the product. I then contacted customer service, but they only told me to wait and offered no solution-oriented assistance. However, the product still appears as “under review” in the Trendyol system, and no refund has been issued yet. My order number is 10592735316. I request that my return process be expedited and my payment refunded as soon as possible.
