Disney+ Customer Service Unreachable and No Way to Cancel Membership
For the past two days, I’ve been unable to cancel my Disney+ Standard subscription. I’ve tried multiple times using my mobile phone, computer, and TV, but none of these platforms show an option to cancel — only an option to change the subscription plan. Even on the official Disney+ website, the “Cancel” button is missing.
I also tried contacting customer service, but the phone line plays a paid message, and since the waiting time wasn’t specified, I had to hang up.
I’ve tried every possible method to fix this issue myself but haven’t been able to cancel my subscription. My account is registered under s***********@hotmail.com**. I request that Disney+ immediately cancel my subscription and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
