Disney+ Blocked My Account Despite Payment – Can’t Update Payment Method
When I tried to log into Disney+, I received a message saying my account is on hold and that I need to update my payment method. However, I already paid for this month, and I even received a confirmation message stating that the payment was successful.
I attempted to fix the issue by trying multiple devices, but I still can’t access my account. I even entered different card details, yet the system continues to reject them.
Why is my account blocked even though my payment was processed? This is extremely frustrating! Disney+, fix this issue immediately so I can use the service I paid for. I need a resolution now!
