Disney+ Subscription Charges After Cancellation Attempt


I'm having trouble canceling my Disney+ subscription. The cancellation option is not visible. Payments are still being withdrawn from my account. I require help from an authorized individual. Attached below are the screenshots. I can't seem to find the cancellation option as you've described. Please contact me at the email address provided in the photos for membership cancellation. Thank you. That was a dreadful experience. I am extremely unhappy and would like to cancel my membership right away. It appears that the cancellation option has been deliberately designed to discourage customers.
