Disney+ Overcharged Me ₺1,350 Instead of Monthly Fee – I Want a Refund

I have a Disney+ subscription with a monthly fee of ₺164, but in February, they charged my card ₺1,350 instead! The transaction was attempted twice—one was declined, but the other was successfully deducted from my account. Meanwhile, my regular monthly fee is still being charged as well.
This is completely unacceptable. Why was I overcharged, and why is my subscription still being billed separately? I demand an immediate refund for the extra amount taken from my account.
I am also canceling my subscription because this level of billing errors and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Disney+, process my refund now and fix this issue!
