Disney Plus Account Access Issues and Duplicate Charges
In order to maintain my Disney Plus subscription, I had to sign in and complete a payment. I use two separate email accounts. Due to issues accessing my Disney Plus account and not receiving any emails after multiple password reset attempts, I decided to create a new membership using a different email account. Received a notification on my card tonight that Disney Plus charged separately for both memberships, but I can't use one of them. Whenever I ask for a password reset, I never receive an email. I would like the problem to be resolved quickly. Please address the account access issue promptly or provide a refund. Thank you.
