My Discord Nitro Early Account Was Hacked and I Lost Everything

On September 1, 2025, my long-time Discord Nitro Early account, which I’ve built and used for years, was maliciously hacked by a person named Y*. That day, after opening a file that person sent me, my computer froze, and I lost access to both my Discord account and all the files on my computer.

My account contained years of personal conversations, friendships, and memories. In addition, my personal notes and photos stored on my computer were either deleted or stolen.

The incident occurred online. Afterward, I contacted Discord’s support team, but I never received a proper response — only an automated email without a case or tracking number. I tried scanning my computer for viruses and changing my passwords, but nothing worked. The attacker still controls my Discord account, and I have been unable to secure it.

Even worse, following the hack, I was threatened over the phone from a +90 number, and this morning someone even sent a funeral wreath to my home — a clear intimidation attempt. I am now genuinely afraid for my safety, and this situation has also caused tension within my family. I have also suffered financial loss, though I haven’t yet been able to determine the exact amount.

My primary request is for Discord to recover my account, restore my access, and ensure my safety and privacy. I also urge Discord to take stronger measures to protect users from similar hacking attempts in the future.
