Discord Locked My Account for 2 Months Over 2FA and Keeps Ignoring My Recovery Attempts

I’m writing to raise a critical complaint about my locked Discord account, which has now been inaccessible for over two months due to a 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) lockout. Despite repeatedly confirming ownership of the account and explaining how urgent this issue is, all I’ve received are copy-paste responses from the same Discord staff member.
I’ve politely asked to escalate the ticket several times, explaining that this account contains vital information related to my professional life, including Bitcoin and crypto wallets, academic records, and sensitive business data. I even created a Google Doc detailing how serious this is, hoping someone would actually read it—but it was ignored like everything else.
This Discord account is my sole channel to communicate with clients, fans, and subscribers. My inactivity—caused entirely by Discord’s inaction—is costing me professional credibility and income. It’s also now affecting my mental well-being, as I continue to lose access to my data, my work, and my community.
Let me be clear:
I’ve lost access to years’ worth of data and personal content.
I’ve received no meaningful explanation or support, only generic replies.
My situation has been completely dismissed despite providing proof and urgent context.
If this issue is not resolved and results in further professional or personal harm, I will hold Discord accountable for material and reputational loss.
Please escalate my case to someone capable of actually reviewing it. I am prepared to provide any additional verification necessary. I’m not just asking for support—I’m demanding resolution.
