Here’s what you need to know:

If your account or server has been blocked, you will most likely see a notification when trying to log in. Bans may happen due to:

Violating Discord’s Community Guidelines;

Suspicion of spam or automated behavior;

Reports from other users.

How to find out the reason for the ban:

Check your email — Discord usually sends a notification with the reason for the ban.

If the email didn’t arrive, check your Spam folder.

How to submit an appeal:

Go to the official Discord Support page.

In the “What can we help you with?” section, select Trust & Safety.

Choose the topic: Appeal an action taken on my account or bot.

Fill in all required fields, including:

your Discord Tag (e.g., Username#1234),

the date of the ban,

your explanation and a request to review the ban.

Write politely and clearly why you believe the ban was a mistake.

❗ If your account or server in Discord was banned without explanation and you don’t know how to regain access — 👉 share your case on Xolvie 👈. This will speed up feedback and help others avoid the same situation!
