Same Frutteto 60 Engine Block Failure Cost Me $5,565

I chose my 2013 Same Frutteto 60 tractor because I believed it would be durable, reliable, and trouble-free. However, approximately three months ago, the tractor’s engine block failed and suffered serious damage. As a result, I had no choice but to have the tractor repaired, and I spent a total of approximately $5,565 on the repair.

At a time when we have already been struggling financially as farmers for the past two years and have been unable to make a proper income from our crops, facing such a major unexpected expense has put me in an even more difficult situation. We chose this tractor because we trusted that it would be durable and reliable. Nevertheless, the engine block failure surprised both other Same tractor owners around me and experienced mechanics. The repair shop I took the tractor to also stated that they could not understand how such a severe engine block failure could have occurred. They confirmed that there was oil in the engine and that the tractor had not been operated without oil or neglected. Despite this, they said that such extensive damage was not normal under these circumstances.

I have suffered significant financial hardship because of this engine block failure and the approximately $5,565 repair expense I had to bear afterward. I request that my loss be addressed, that the company provide assistance with this repair expense, and, if possible, that the cost be covered or otherwise appropriately compensated.
