Same Dorado Natural Engine Belt Failure Left My Tractor Unusable

The engine belt on my Same Dorado Natural tractor broke on August 6, leaving the tractor completely unusable. It is currently sitting at the entrance of CEO Traktör / Kayır Traktör service center in Yalova. I have been told that the factory has not supplied the required part and that I would be contacted, but nobody has called me. Despite several days having passed, no repair work has been carried out and I have not received any clear information about when the tractor will be repaired.

Although I have repeatedly reported the situation to the service center, I am simply told, “We will call you,” and left waiting. I am not receiving any follow-up or meaningful information. Meanwhile, my work is being disrupted while my tractor remains unused at the service center. This situation is causing me significant inconvenience, and I am now having difficulty even obtaining basic information about the repair.

I request that the engine belt failure on my tractor be repaired as urgently as possible, that the necessary part be replaced if required, and that my tractor be repaired and returned to me without further unnecessary delay. I also demand clear and accurate information about the repair process and the expected completion date.
