My Dell Laptop Became Unusable After Failed Repairs and No One Takes Responsibility

Despite repeatedly reporting the same issue with my Dell device, nothing has been properly resolved. Each time I contacted support, different procedures were applied, but none of them worked. In fact, after these so-called "repairs," my device is now completely unusable—I can’t even get the screen to turn on anymore.
I used to recommend Dell to everyone because I trusted the brand. But after what I’ve experienced, I’m shocked. Not one of your technicians has fixed the problem. Each time someone visits or provides assistance, they leave without solving anything, and I’m left alone with a non-functioning laptop.
It has now been months since I’ve been able to use this device. The lack of accountability is unacceptable. Every time I call support, I’m told to contact the reseller, and when I contact the reseller, I’m told to speak to technical service. I’m stuck in a loop, and no one is taking ownership of the problem.
