In May 2022, we purchased a total of 12 monitors for our company from Vatan Bilgisayar, the Dell model being Dell 27"" S2722QC 4Ms 75Hz UHD 4K IPS Free-Sync Pivot Type-C.
After one week, the monitors started experiencing a shaking issue. Among the 10 users, 2 are on Mac, and 2 are on Windows computers. The shaking problem occurs exclusively with the Mac users.
Within the warranty period, the front panel was replaced for 2 monitors, resolving the issue. However, for the others, only adjusting the frequency setting was recommended without taking further action.
Unfortunately, the shaking problem persists for our Mac users. Our warranty is still valid, and we would like to get in touch with the relevant department to request a solution to our problem.
