Dear Apple Support, I purchased my MacBook Air M2 approximately 2.5 years ago. On August 9, 2025, while using the device, the screen suddenly went black and has not turned on again. The device has never been exposed to any physical damage, scratches, or liquid contact. I brought it to the authorized Apple service provider, Bursa Korupark Gürgençler, where I was informed that the screen replacement would cost ₺20,000, and if the issue was not caused by the screen, an additional logic board replacement would be required for ₺23,000, bringing the total repair cost to ₺43,000. Although my warranty period has expired, I cannot accept that such a serious malfunction occurred under completely normal usage without any external factors. As confirmed by the service team, this is not due to user error. Moreover, the repair cost exceeds the current market value of the device, which further increases my grievance.
