On my OLED TV, which I bought on October 28, 2020, after a while of installation, the screen constantly turns off and on, and fixed pixels occur during operation. During the 2-year warranty period, the problem was reported to your Gölcük/Kocaeli Turkey service with videos and photos, and service was requested from them. However, although they had evidence and information about the problem, they could not detect the problem in their own services, and the product was returned to me after a program reset. This problem has recurred in certain periods and has continued until today because no solution has been found. About 2 months ago (July 2023, after the warranty period passed), the TV had the same problem and eventually did not turn on at all. Again, the TV was brought to your Istanbul headquarters via the same Gölcük/Kocaeli service, and it was determined that the power card was burnt, and the power card was replaced with a repair fee of 8,300 TL. The TV was checked by you for 3-4 days without interruption, and the information that there was no other problem was conveyed to me via the Gölcük service. After it was installed on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, it had the same malfunction again, and the situation was reported to the Gölcük service with video and photographs on Monday, August 7, 2023. The TV again turned off and on momentarily many times, and pixels appeared in the middle. Again, the Gölcük service took the TV and brought it to your headquarters service (Istanbul), and then a diagnosis of "Panel Heating Problem" was made. I was contacted through the Gölcük service with an offer to buy a new TV with a discount of approximately 15%, since it could not be repaired and would cost almost the price of a new TV.
