Deichmann Sold Me Mismatched Gray Summer Shoes and Delayed the Replacement

I bought a pair of shoes from Deichmann that appeared to be the same color under the store lights. However, once I stepped outside, I noticed that the left shoe was dark gray while the right one was light gray. The shoes are Deichmann’s own brand. When I requested a matching pair, the store told me they had to send them to the central office for inspection. I was told I would have to wait 3 to 5 months, even though the shoes are brand new and unused. Since they are summer shoes, they will be useless to me once the season ends. If this mistake isn’t resolved, I won’t shop at Deichmann again. I’m not sure how clearly the color difference shows in the photo.
