I bought a pair of shoes from Deichmann and within just 3 months, they started to fall apart! I took them back to the store for an exchange and they sent it for evaluation. But to my surprise, I received a message saying that my request for an exchange was denied! What kind of nonsense is that? They didn't even give me a proper reason!
