I bought a pair of shoes from Deichmann a week ago and wore them only once, but the lace hooks on the left shoe broke. When I called today, they told me the shoes needed to be inspected by an expert, which would take approximately 5 days. The lady I spoke with was very polite. However, the problem is that I live far from Anatolium, and my request is only about the laces, not the entire shoe. Instead of wasting my time over a lace issue, I prefer to pursue the matter through legal means and file a complaint with the Consumer Court. No one has the right to cause this kind of inconvenience to a customer.
